What inspired you to start TechFlow?
I was frustrated with the existing task management tools that weren't designed for remote teams. I wanted to create something that would help teams collaborate more effectively across time zones.
What was your biggest challenge in the first 6 months?
Finding product-market fit was definitely the biggest challenge. We went through several iterations of the product before we found the right feature set that resonated with our target audience.
How did you acquire your first 100 customers?
We started with a very targeted approach on Twitter and LinkedIn, engaging with remote team leaders and offering them early access to our beta. Word of mouth from those early users was incredibly powerful.
